- Delivery time West Malaysia 1-3 working days. Sabah & Sarawak 3-5 working days.
- Delivery time for international orders 3-7 working days depends on customer location.
- Disclaimer for loss or damage as well as delay of delivery time caused by courier; courier responsible.
- Customers will receive their order’s tracking number via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped out.
- Customers can track order on GD Express website for domestic orders or DHL website for international orders.
Processing Customer Order
- Orders placed by 10am on a working day will be processed and posted out on the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be posted out on the next working day.
- If any item is out of stock we will arrange a refund or exchange for those items.
- If applicable, we may give customers the option to wait for us to ship the item once new stock arrives.
Customs Fee and Duties
